The parking garage was pretty challenging even for our relatively small car.

Excellent breakfast served in a nice environment. We loved the design and decor of the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Hotel is quite authentic and directly on the beach with a nice old decor. The room for 3 was quite spacious, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Only a slight negative point was AC wasn't at its best, but may be because it is spring season.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an unfortunate experience my party and I encountered during our recent stay at your esteemed establishment. Regrettably, our experience was marred by a distressing incident of food poisoning, stemming from the consumption of fruits that were found to contain worms. Upon discovering this alarming issue, we promptly informed our waiter, who, to our dismay, offered only a cursory apology without any further action or assistance. Feeling understandably concerned about our health and safety, we escalated the matter to the attention of your property management. However, the resolution provided fell far short of our expectations. The offer of a complimentary drink on the property felt inadequate and failed to address the seriousness of the situation at hand. Moreover, it was disheartening to note that our concerns were only addressed upon our departure from the premises. As patrons of a reputed four-star hotel, we anticipated a more proactive and empathetic response to such a critical issue. Unfortunately, the repercussions of consuming contaminated food have persisted, with one member of our group experiencing severe gastrointestinal discomfort and ongoing diarrhea. As valued guests, we had hoped for a more satisfactory resolution and proactive measures to prevent such incidents in the future. It is my sincere belief that a thorough investigation into the root cause of this lapse in food safety protocols is warranted to uphold the standards of excellence expected from your establishment. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and initiate appropriate measures to address our concerns and prevent similar occurrences in the future

Hotel Diana was a gem but I found Tossa de Mar a little too touristy. I got the sense from those in service (waiters, bartenders, store owners) that live in Tossa that they both rely on tourists and are tired of the tourists.

The view from our room of the beach was unbeatable! We loved having the little lounge area overlooking the waves. Great proximity to everything around. The staff was helpful when we were trying to figure out best modes of transportation to get to our next destination. The tile, glass, metalwork and architecture of the interior Hotel Diana is something to behold.

Beautiful building in a beautiful town in costa brava, highly recommend, best location in town in front of the sea shore and the most beautiful circle in town, tasty food, excellent service. There is a swimming pool on the top of Dolfin hotel near by that Diana guest may enjoy (same ownership).

Parking is only for very compact cars, so we had to park our midsize car about a 15 minute walk up the hill.

Uniquely beautiful hotel, you’ll find yourself taking pictures of every room. Right in front of the beach, couldn’t be a better location.

The hotel itself was the main attraction. We had a terrace overlooking the beach. The breakfast area was charming.

Limited amenities in the room. No ironing board or iron. View not so great. All of these are small things that didn’t really affect our stay.

The room was next to the cleaning service room and the isolation between these two rooms could be better as they start working at 8:00 am.

Hotel entrance amazing, rooms are big enough esp. bathroom is comfortable. The location is perfect for the beach and very central. Staff is very helpful and polite. We would definitely like to visit again.
