Perfect location, close to metro station, super close to park Citadela and Barca Zoo. Awesome stuff, allowed us to store our luggage two times and were super kind. Returned our deposit the following day.

The kitchen needs a few more amenities (cutting board, better knives). I wish it had a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The owner could add storage space with a few creative accents (hooks, shelves).

The apartment is quiet, comfortable and in an excellent location. It’s very close to a grocery store (Aldi), restaurants, shopping and it’s walking distance to the beach, the metro and many tourist attractions. We had the corner unit which looked down the street so nice view and lots of natural light. Comfortable bed, basic kitchen, cozy living room. The bathroom is small but the shower is a good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Nespresso machine and they provided a few free pods!

The washroom was very cramped and lacked storage. The apartment lacked storage in general. It would be helpful to add a dresser or stylish hooks to hang things. Also, a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom would be good. The apartment is a little pricy.

We loved staying in this stylish, spacious apartment. It was a great location for walking to many sights, with easy access to buses and metro for those sights that were a little further. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

While the apt design is top-notch and clean and simply, its execution is marred by flawed construction work, at least in the bathroom shower enclosure. It was instantly clear that there had been some prior water damage to the bathroom floor causing the faux-wood flooring to buckle in several places. My first use of the shower demonstrated why and how that probably happened, which I immediately reported to the management but got no reply. It was somewhat disturbing considering the hefty damage deposit required. It was also greatly annoying to be forced to spend time after every shower to use towels to dry up the water that is forced to back of the shower and then outside behind the toilet -- all due to very poor construction work. This happens even when using low-flow water in accordance with the current Catalonian drought. This matter should be resolved definitively by the management company rather than forced onto renters to cope with. But I guess that, like many others, this management group deals only with electronic issues, not tangible ones. It is all very disappointing because this could otherwise be real quality rental.

This apt is very roomy, modernized, and well designed, located in a trendy area (the Born) a bit outside the most touristic (Gothic) zone but still plenty touristic. Comes equipped with a Nespresso coffeemachine!

It didn't have its own clothes washer and dryer but there's a couple or so laundry service in the area.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of action! The most beautiful apartment we stayed in Spain. Suprisingly quiet at night so noise was not an issue.

Everything is great!! Super close to the Franca train station and tons of other public transports, bars and restaurants and everything you’ll need. The room is really clean and comfortable, the bed was great even the sofa bed in the living room is super comfy. Definitely one of the best accommodation I’ve stayed in!!

If I had to pick one thing I would improve, it would be the power of the shower (for washing longer hair) but this was not a big issue for us.

We had everything we needed and felt safe and comfortable in the accomodation. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The place felt clean and well equipped. We were within walking distance of everything we wished to visit.

The location is lovely. This was our second time staying at the apartment and I hope it won’t be our last. The apartment is clean and the access to the roof terrace is lovely, even in January we sat in the terrace having a glass of cava. Lovely!
