To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beautiful renovation of old building. Amazing location and easy to check in/out with the self mnage system. Reception was so helpful when it was open. Great layout with practical furnishing. Well located next to Fracia train station and 1 min walk to tappas resturants. Will stay here again!

Kitchen was equipped with all the basics. They were also able to accommodate 1 hour early check in as we arrived earlier than we anticipated, also held our luggage until we could check in.

Belgiumunfortunately there was a lot of noice at night, as in the neighborhood there’s some bars and drunk people would walk by the little street of the hotel and scream at night. also some barking dogs. next time would take the apartment highest floor orso. or on the other side, not the street side.

Its the best location in Born just 2 minutes walk from the wonderful little streets with restaurants and small wine bars. also few minutes walk from the parking 🅿️ in case you rent a car. Anna and Emma are amazing and they really helped us a lot in our difficult schedule we had. the apartments are soooo nice and comfortable

GreeceCleaning was not supported for our stay (5 nights) but they offer it for a stay of more than 7 nights. Looking for High level of service and a relative expensive room that’s not good.
The facilities and especially Netflix! The space was big enough for 4 persons (family). The decoration was very nice and seemed all brand new.
