I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better. Maybe a restaurant recommendation list to support local businesses? Maybe an Amazon prime stick?

The location is prime for walk ability and shopping. The apartment is spacious, beautiful with two beautiful balconies. We fell asleep each night to beautiful Spanish guitars playing on nearby terraces. Can’t wait to come back! Perfect for romantic getaway or family fun!

Such a wonderful, cosy apartment with a great layout in a wonderful location. Offers everything you would need in an apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, nice living room with window/patio access to lovely views.

Light switch next to kitchen slightly askew lighting in bedroom a little dark.

Comfy leather coach in living area, all mod cons in apartment, clean and readily usable with access from elevator. Good balcony to sit out on.

Walls are very thin and sometimes you had people coming to the building at 3-4am. You could hear everything and it woke me up a couple of times.

You are provided with an entrance code - which made the whole flat completely keyless! The place itself was huge and too big for just one person :)

Perfect location, near shops and restaurants. On walking distance to Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla. The apartment is really clean and large, with 2 bathrooms and enough storage spaces, perfect for family of 5. Suitable for a longer stay, we only stayed 4 nights. Definitely will come again.

The owner was very strict about leaving the apartment at 11:00 am sharp although we asked for an hour up to 12:00 pm but the answer was no. Another thing I didn't really like is that after I paid the full amount in advance for the whole rental days before even seeing the place I receive instructions by messages saying "in order to get your key, you need to pay a deposit amount plus the remaining tax using the provided link" I believe this should be listed right at the front page with the property description not until you arrive.

Nice, clean, good size living room, and a beautiful big balcony/patio with dining table and seating. . Quiet building didn't meet any staff as we were giving the key combination through booking messages.

We had noisy neighbours upstairs unfortunately. No air conditioning. Would have been good if electric fans were provided.

Location is perfect. Around the corner from Casa Batllo and about 10 mins walk to La Rambla. Plenty of places to eat and lots of mini supermarkets around. Property provided everything we needed. Bonus to have washing machine and a dryer. Keyless entry is so convenient. Having its own gym is very good too. Definitely recommendable.

there is no hole to evacuate water on the floor in the bathroom, but this is a minor inconvenient

no keys had to be collected, as the access is by code, which was sent to us, well in advance of our arrival. A bottle of wine sparkling wine was waiting for us at arrival. Everything we need was available in the apartment. Very convenient location to access and visit Barcelona city center, all at walking distance.

Electricity cut out a few times over our stay. There is some noise from the neighbours but it's an old building.
