The location of this hotel is perfect. 2 min from the station to go in the city center in 20. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well.

Staff was very nice, bedroom was very clean and warm and confortable. I arrived very late on the first day and allthough the reception was closed they left me the key in a locker and solved my issue! Breakfast was simple but it has a little bit of everything and everything was delicious. It is 3 min aeay frim a train station and 10 min away from the tram.

Everything was fantastic.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants (try the Dellbrucker Schlemmerhusje for amazing potato pancakes and Eis Panciera for gelato). Our room (#100) was amazing, located in the lowest level so my toddler could run around without bothering anyone. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. I appreciated the lanyard that had different walking routes mapped out so you could find your way around without GPS or a big map. Breakfast was delicious, a mix of hot and cold food including eggs, lunchmeats, fruit, yogurt, cereal and cheese (it had something for my toddler and infant to enjoy which is a big plus!). The paid parking (10 Euro for the above ground lot) was well worth the money. Staff was friendly and helpful!

No temperature control in my room. No air con and no heater. I was happy to open the windows since I was on ground floor. However it can be too cold sometimes in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was worth waking up early for. Excellent choice of fried eggs, soft boiled and hard boiled eggs. Bacon was freshly oil fried, not microwaved reheated type. Smoked salmon was in the spread and there was herb drizzled on it! Love the bread contrast of being slightly crispy on the outside but airy soft inside. Spoilt for choice on the tea selection. Fruits were definitely cut and prepared in the morning, no dried up look and no refrigerator smell. They must have taken time to only serve well QC, good food on the buffet tables, for I could not find a single awful meat slice, or bruised fruit/vegetable. The guys running this breakfast spread must take great pride in their food, bravo. Room was spacious and clean. There is a small round magnifying mirror in the toilets so putting makeup is a breeze. It is the little details which the hotel staff pay attention to which makes this place feels like home away from home. Good job on hiring all the right people in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly! We checked out a little after breakfast was over but they were kind and let us have some before we left, that was very nice. There was also complementry coffee in the reception of the hotel. The room was in the underground floor, but it had a window and it was very large and confortable. Bathroom also nice. Very close to the train station, 3min walking. We checked in after the reception was closed, but they sent very clear instructions and we had no problem at all. Recommend it!
