The hotel was pretty new and the rooms very clean. We did have a river view room which was exceptional. The breakfast did fulfil our needs.

One of the person at the reception was unfriendly. Besides that all others were friendly and helpful. The layout of the bath facilities was not perfect with the bathroom sink inside the sleeping area.

The location is very good. What was also positive was a spacious and clean room. It was also very quite during the night.

What was the biggest shock was the very unpleasant day receptionists, 50% of them seemed like they were in training and the rest looked very bothered by each question you asked them. The person at reception during the evening/night was on the other hand very nice and helpful. I think breakfast is definitely not worth the money compared to other places for the price they request - there is not even a coffee machine or lactose-free/plant-based milk.

Prior to our arrival, we tried to book a space in the underground garage, but we could not contact the hotel for several days. No one replied to our email either. Upon arrival, we found that it was impossible to enter the car park due to an malfunction. The staff did nothing to help us find a solution. In addition, no one informed us that the hotel restaurant would be closed due to a private event. We arrived late and were no longer able to eat anything. The level of service did not match the brand and standard of the hotel. Overall the impression was disappointing.
