Took too much time to check in. The carpet in the hallways was too dirty full of coffee spills etc.but the rooms where very clean which confused me.

The location is a bit far from the centre or the main train station but there is a nearby tram that is available which is really convenient but it takes about 30mins to connect to the centre of the city. And the breakfast was a bit expensive as well.

We really enjoyed staying in this place. The facility is well maintained and are eco-friendly as well. The checkin and checkout are smooth and they give you option to do this online to avoid standing in the queue, you can just fill in your details. The overall stay was value for money, they give you free drink coupons if you are willing to skip room service cleaning for some days. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet and airconditioning worked well.

Not a single thing I didn't like I think

I was recommended this hotel because of the close proximity to the concert venue I was planning to visit and I'm happy I chose it! It's a great hotel, the staff is really friendly and nice. Breakfast was very tasty and the choice in the food was vast. One of the most comfortable hotel bed I slept in. The room was really clean and I say this as a hotel housekeeper myself, it's hard to keep rooms so clean but they manage it so shout out to the housekeeping team 😊

I don't know if it's because it was a holiday, but my mom and I didn't feel very safe when walking to the subway and decided to drive to the center instead. The streets and subway were a bit empty and we didn't like how people stared. But the hotel itself is great and having parking available was very convenient.

Everything was great, but people should be aware that the hotel isn't situated in the best neighborhood. We choose this location because we had a concert at e-werk (which is nearby) so we didn't mind. But, if you don't really mind your surroundings, this is a great place to stay.

The hotel looked like it was recently refurbished. Our room was very nice, clean and roomy. Very nice bathroom. Bed was great! Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very nice. We were very happy we could park our car safely on the premises. The hotel is close to the subway into the city.
