I never got my money back for the remainder of my deposit I put down of 100 Euros as far as I can tell on my account it was never credited back. The restaurant was closed so that made it very inconvenient and we had to go out of the hotel to a restaurant nearby.

The room was very large and accommodating and we enjoyed having the washer dryer combo right in our room and that made it very convenient to get a laundry done

Immediate surrounding area has no vibe as hotel is in on the edge of huge events arena but 5 mins walk there are some nice cafes and parks.

Nice clean modern room. Was able to make meals with the appliances in the kitchenette. Very very quiet. Is situated near a train station but you cannot hear the noise at all. 8 min walk to supermarket. 15 min walk to central city.

I very much liked the size of the room, the bathroom, having a little, but fully equipped kitchen with not only a dishwasher but also a proper washing machine. The breakfast buffet offered everything you might want to have in the morning.

The breakfast was not as good as expected compared to other 4* hotels we've been (less variety, bread and pastries were a bit hard and dry). Also, the windows have been full of hand prints.

Great apart hotel experience! The apartment was really nice, modern and had all we needed. There were 2 rooms + bathroom which allowed us to split and have a separate sleeping room for snorers. 1 tab for the dish washer, cleaner, sponge and 2 litter bags were available. Pool and fitness studio are small, but totally ok. The personnel was super friendly and provided even extra service. The train station is opposite, supermarket and more restaurants ca. 15 min walk away. A walk to the city center takes about 20 mins over the famous Hohenzollern bridge.

When coming with a car it can get quite expensive with the paid parking garage (€25 per day).

It is centrally located next to a train station, and it's walking distance to the center of Cologne (crossing the bridge). The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and we enjoyed the sauna and pool downstairs.

There's nothing I can really think of. The price point is really fair for the amenities you get and how moden the property is.

The location of the hotel is right across from the cathedral and the main train station (only had to cross a bridge to get there). The hotel itself is contemporary and has all the facilities you can think of, from a sauna to a pool and in-house restaurant, which made this a unique property in its offering in Cologne. The one bedroom apartment I stayed in was highly equipped with a kitchenette and 2 tvs and a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed, a sofa and a small dinning table with a cute bench to sit it while having your meals ... made it feel homey and cosy. The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and very cooperative.
