Wow I really don’t know where to start, the worst experience ever!!! Keep in mind that it’s a 4 star hotel and not 5 as it says. The staff were very rude from the beginning! We had a smell of fire in the room at 2am in the middle of the night and they tried to fix it until 5am, the smell came from the AC and the problem didn’t solve, we had to stay without the AC on. They wanted to move us to another room in the middle of night (which is not an option) and the only compensation they offered after we spoke to the manager was giving us a free glass of juice. Such a joke!!! Really not worth the money!

first day we booked the pool view roomthrough booking and when we checked in they said they will upgrade it us to the suite and bathroom was not clean and i felt even the location of pool view was better than the suite garden that they gave us, and the next week we booked sea vies through the hotel and they gave us the best room and the room and hotel was amazing and the staff were very kind especially Ms Nice

Very old hotel and dirty. The elevator stops between floors with stairs. Very slow WIFI. Reception and all common areas without A/C, except the restaurant.

It's diffrent than what Booking.com shows. The pictures you show in your booking.com is 100% missleading. Way way diffrent. It's worse than what you think. I asked the host why is it diffrent than what i paid for and never gotten any clear answer. Plz note that the living room does not have A/C which is bad. Also we paid 2000bat for electricity for 2 days !! Does not make any sense.

I forgot my new iphone 15 pro at my room when i checked out and told the staff about it and no one helped me. Never found it. Not as honest as you'd think. Otherwise the stay was just fine
