Everything! This is an amazing place to stay in Salamanca, combining the best features of a hotel and an apartment. There is a full-featured kitchenette with everything but an oven and also a great expanded continental breakfast, with fresh baked goods along with cheese, cold meats (including jamón, of course), very good coffee, and a gracious attendant. The space is very efficient, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal -- very close to the Plaza Mayor, the university, and the cathedrals; it's in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly old city. We had an adorable little balcony overlooking one of the city's many squares. To top off this review, the price was very affordable! This is a family business that deserves the highest marks.

We had only one very small complaint: the room was too warm at night, and we didn't see how to use the climate control system. Leaving the balcony door open was pleasant, but in a college town the streets can be a bit noisy even late at night.

Adam was a wonderful host! The house was cozy, comfortable and felt like home. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids would pick oranges and eat them for breakfast every day and we'd admire the gorgeous view while having coffee! You could easily drive or walk to town. It was a perfect location! Lot's of lovely restaurants nearby to try.

The location was ideal. It was a little hard to drive to but the owner gave us a link which made it very clear. The parking was tight so he even parked the car for us. He was so helpful in every way - spending a lot a time giving us an overview as well as specific recommendations for the area. It was absolutely perfect.

very clean appartment. The bad is comfortable, mattress is quite hard but we like it, the pellows were ok. Kitchen is well equipped. Exellent shower. The host responds quickly and provides additional information. Metro station is 3min away. Several supermarkets and restaurants are in 10-15min proximity.

A bit far from the center, 30min by metro. In one bedroom there was no shelves at all, no hooks in the shower. A tap needs a screw to stabilize. In the kitchen no basics, e.g. tea/coffee/salt/sugar. No trash in the toilet or kitchen and no garbage bags. And one toilet paper roll for 5 nights for 3 people is definetly not enough. We had a problem with the app for entry but luckily a neighbor let us in. If small things that i mentioned are fixed, which is easy, the appartment is very good value for money.

Such a beautiful hotel. The food and service were top quality. Lots of wonderful touches throughout the property. The best part for us was the garden. It was a lovely calm oasis to sit and have a drink, and our room looked out on it as well. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities.
