Friendly staff, room size, location

Would like to have some English language choices on the tv other than news channel. Earlier access to poolside as opens at 11am ( although on occasion did open around 10.30) . Longer hanging space in wardrobe as unable to hang dresses up.

Beautiful hotel which on arrival has the wow factor , communal areas are impressive and staff welcoming and very helpful. Our room was spotless with a fabulous view of the beach and very comfortable bed . The mini fridge had complementary water and soft drinks which was a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of choice with continental, cereals ,lovely fresh bread , Danish pastries , eggs pretty much anything you could think of , we also used the poolside cafe and the evening dining which was good. Poolside had plenty of loungers and was always clean.

No kettle had to use the microwave to boil water. No tea or coffee in room..

The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and the shower was good . Breakfast was very good choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Caught the bus into the old town. Very cheap.

Literally nothing was amiss

The whole experience was 11 out of ten Thankyou I shall be back and hopefully the friends I've shared my experience with shall also come away with ever lasting memories as I have Q Hotel good luck for the future

I didn't like the bathroom situation where the toilet and shower were separated from the main room by a glass door which was partly frosted but not private enough, also the was basin was outside the shower/toilet room which I thought was unhygienic. Not good.

the location and the area was very nice and lots of places to eat and easy to walk from to find things to see. It was great to be able to have a sea view room.

I didnt like the bathroom set up, sink was in the bedroom and clear doors although partially frosted still felt exposed when using the loo!

Hotel room was lovely, we had a sea view room gorgeous beach across the road. Room was comfortable and clean

Not much hanging, clothes space. Nowhere to put toileteries in the shower room.

Easy to find and easy parking with hotel access. Welcoming check in. Public areas are nicely furnished with unique wooden and brass features. The pool, bar and restaurant are spacious, comfortable and pleasing. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and the beds super comfortable. Lovely shower, fluffy towels and nice toileteries. Sinks within the bedroom with glass door/wall into shower/toilet. Restaurants, bars, shops and public transport into the City readily accessible.

the breads for the breakfast is not good, the gym was closed without any notification, the sink in the bathroom is bit smelly

The only dowsude is frequently weak wi fi connection.

Totally insufficient wardrobe space. The only shelf was over metres high. Impossible to reach.

Unexpectedly, in Spain you have to pay for parking even if the hotel has parking under amenities.

As the parking is underneath the hotel (which is great!) it would be nice if there was a discount for hotel guests - and it was a little bit annoying to have to come out of the parking and walk round to the hotel rather than get straight into the lobby...but that's a minor thing. The stay overall was brilliant.

Great location right on the beach, with a fab view. Out of the old town, but we weren't going there on this occasion. The room was much better than expected; the bathroom wasn't as scary as some reviews made out (though we are a family, maybe not ideal for mates), the balcony was great and the soft drinks included in the minibar were a really nice surprise. Really loved the Asian inspired decor, too. Parking was underneath the hotel, so very convenient.

No heat and ac comes on automatically when you open balcony door to let some heat in, very odd.

Beachfront location, great views, very clean and spacious, comfy bed. Very good buffet dinner.

We had a 1 night break here after travelling for 3 weeks in spain . WAS FANTASTIC : super friendly staff, location, sea view, parking right under hotel, Weather, close to bars and restaurants- pool was amazing.

Everything was perfect, the only things I would change would be that the pool would open earlier and that the car parking was included/ discounted. However very minimal considering the standard of everything else.

This hotel is great. The rooms are kept to a very high standard and the service is 10/10.

The staff weren’t that friendly and the room became too hot in the evening (the temp was centrally set) for our personal preference. The breakfast, whilst good, had limited hot opens and was very busy so you had to queue for a while if you wanted a fresh omelette or eggs.

Whole vibe of the hotel was gorgeous, from the lobby to the rooms and the pool area was just amazing. We had an apartment room which was lovely, so big and spacious with a baby. Lots of lifts and space in the hotel.

Not having a discount for the parking lot. If we stay for a week turns a big expense.

The location, the pool and the apartment space are very good. Planning to go back in the future.

The breakfast is generally very good with a plentiful selection of cold meats and cheeses and cooked breakfast options. A minor quibble is that the breakfast area is not wide enough and gets congested. Also, having stayed there several times now, there is never enough fresh fruit on offer.

Breathtaking view looking out over the pool and ocean. Close to bus to get to old town. Personnel was friendly and gave us great advise on where to eat in old town.
