The family who work here are great. They were very helpful, had bag storage, clothes washing facilities and we're very kind to provide us with breakfast items the evening before, as we were leaving very early on a tour the next day. The room and bathroom was clean and the outdoor seating area is a nice place to sit and relax. The place is close to the bus stations and the centre of town.

We had a great time at the hostel. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, there is a small outside area to chill and you can also borrow a guitar to play there. If you show your PDI from immigration you won’t pay in a tax like everywhere in Chile. Payment in USD cash is recommended.

Excellent hostel with a wonderful staff very attentive at all times. Comfortable and hygienic, the breakfast and the delicious restaurant. Very good customer service. I would definitely use his services again if he returned to the town of Natales.

The hostel had 2 kitchens, many dining tables and chairs, many spaces where you could spend time with other people, and a few co-working spaces. It was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly.

In one of the rooms I stayed, we had a bathroom inside, but the water was warm to cold. It was really uncomfortable to take a shower, as I was freezing the whole time. Somebody tried to fix the situation, but they couldn't do anything about it, in the end.

We arrived in a snowy day, we had reserved the shuttle from the airport and it wasn't at the pick up point. He came 20 minutes after, no apologies, not a word. If I didn't call the hotel directly I would be still waiting. Then at the reception, the clerk told us that our breakfast was not included ( even if booking said it was) and gave us a list of requirements needed to be exent of the taxes even if we are foreigners. Finally the next day we went for breakfast, knowing that we had to pay, and the girl who asked us what room we were staying at, she basically yelled at us saying But you haven't payed for breakfast! She also order us to leave our carry ons and jackets and the entrance. No please, no may I ask you, nothing. I felt that I had to walk in with my hands up ( no kidding)
