The room was a little small for 2 people, but other than that nothing to complain about!

The hostel is very modern, very close to the water and on a quiet street opposite a lovely cafe. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great, and they prepared a breakfast to go if you were up early. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the lake with the surrounding mountains, so you could see the sunrise directly from the bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Excellent hostel with a wonderful staff very attentive at all times. Comfortable and hygienic, the breakfast and the delicious restaurant. Very good customer service. I would definitely use his services again if he returned to the town of Natales.

Not a negative just a note that the breakfast was limited for the vegan in our group since it mostly consisted of eggs and toast with cheese and cured meats so just mentioning that if you're hoping to eat a solid breakfast before heading out on your trek and have food restrictions!

We stayed here before and after the W trek. The staff was super helpful, kind and welcoming. Our entire group was remarking that this was the nicest hostel we've ever been including super clean facilities, really comfortable beds and a great location!

I stayed two times in Hostal Factoria within a couple of days. My first stay was very good. At my arrival at the second time I was warmly welcomed like a frequenter. This is the difference between just being a client or a guest. In Hostal Factoria I always felt as a welcome guest. The rooms are comfortable, nice and tidy (I got a nice room with a view on the fjord). The hotel is located downtown close to the beautiful shoreline. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and supportive. As I had to checkout early in the morning a breakfast package was prepared. I highly recommend Hostal Factoria!

No luggage storage room, but they were able to keep in a corner of the dining area. I unfortunately found the down duvet and pillows to be quite irritant and the heating wasn't working during the night so I had to choose between chilly or scratchy.

Breakfast area is a bit small. They provide with timings which might be too early / late if the hostel is busy.

Great base to visit Torres del Paine. The coach station is about 15 min walk, and the airport under 10 min by taxi. The beds are comfortable and clean. I stayed in a private room.

We stayed in the hotel before and after the W trek. The main areas and rooms were very comfy and clean and the location is perfect - right in the middle of town. The staff were so lovely and helpful as well!

Very professional, friendly, and kind staff. We had a room with a private bath but with 4 of us in one room, we also flowed out to the shared bathroom. They were super clean at all times of the day. I definitely would book a room with a shared bathroom. Always had plenty of amenities in the shared bathroom too.

At one point the women were directed to use the men’s restroom due to maintenance. This was not the most fun as I think the women were informed of this and the men were not, so the men would go in and shut the door and it was a little awkward to walk in wondering if you’re going to walk into an uncomfortable situation.

The staff is quite friendly, very kind and helpful. The room was wonderful. The pizza was tasty!

Polyana and Hugo were super! The staff is accommodating and amicable. My husband and I felt at home with a warm room, a great bed, and a powerful shower. I couldn't stay for breakfast, but they packed a lunch bag for my travel to Argentina, which was a blessing! Thank you so much ✌️!! The space is very boho Chilean, which I love; it is a great boutique concept.

Breakfast. It's not that bad, but I believe they could do better.

I did not expect this place will be that good. The building was new and woody, and fortunately, I had a view of the lake and mountain (1BR). The bed was comfortable, the room was compact, and the interior was cute. The shower is well-pressured, and they have a sink despite the room size. The location was in the center of Puerto Natales City, and the lake was just a walk away. It was surrounded by so many restaurants, laundry, and other services (yes, it's in the city center). Overall, I will definitely go back.

Great breakfast, central location, and super comfortable/clean facilities. The four-bed dorms had huge drawers to keep luggage, charging spots right by the bed and soft mattresses. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Puerto Natales!
