Location is good. Parking is good. The amenity kit is very good. I had forgotten toothpaste amd the kit provided what I needed. They are trying really hard to be eco-conscious and limit environmental impact. 10 out of 10 for that. For example, the water is in a re-usable glass bottle. Well done.

Layout of the hotel is a bit odd... I came up the lifts to the back entrance. To get to the front entrance I had to go up to mezzanine and across, then down. Signage in the carpark might have avoided this confusion. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Too big and too hard. Also it seemed the AC thermostat wasn't working properly. It was set to 24 but the room ac kept working and the temperature was below 29. Possibly maintenance need to check. Checkin was very busy and hectic. So this took quite a while.

The location was a bit far from the parking area . The guy from the reception was the one who accompanied us to the hotel, the place was too crowded and the staffs were not presentable.

We came a bit early so we waited for about 30 minutes as the room not ready and the housekeeping guy was busy, not happy with the way they clean , the place was dusty and the corners of the room was not cleaned at all.

Located 15 minutes away with a shuttle bus from the airport. Rooms are old but clean, there is a pool, and breakfast is tasty.

They created a problem when we were in the swimming pool, accusing our friend to use a cotton t-shirt inside the swimming pool, while she was using a not cotton t-shirt. They asked the security to come to force us to leave the swimming pool, and based on the view of the t-shirt, they only see the t-shirt and supposed to identify the material even we showing the website with the specs of the manufacturer. It was the worst experience I had in a hotel.
