The foyer, front entrance is unclean, the carpet in the hallway to the elevator is filthy and needs to be replaced or given a good shampoo. The hallway on the 2nd floor to our room was unclean, there were large stains all along the hallway from spills and not cleaned properly. My room smelled like dried urine from the washroom. I notified the front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know. The outside of the toilet remained unclean...I refused to clean it as I cleaned the outside of the toilet when I stayed there in Nov'23. I always enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past...but it's getting run down.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was well prepared and hit when we received it. The food was also tasty.

I did not get my damage deposit of $100 of each of the two rooms I booked and charged to my visa.

The side doors lock at 10pm and you can’t even access them with your room card. You have your walk all the way to the from door to get in. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. The beds need updating. The hotel is loud and other guests were not considerate of other guests.

Needs some modernization & reno's....but we still have no complaints about the staff, beds, cleanliness or wifi.

This facility is old & definitely could use repairs & reno's. That being said, our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff we came in contact with were pleasant & friendly. Despite being located by a large casino, which was right beside our room, it was quiet & we both had uninterrupted sleep. There is a restaurant on site, we met friends & had breakfast there, it was great. We had no complaints, as I said, the building is old and needs to be modernized, repaired & renovated. We would stay there again.

Location; right next door to the casino, so there was constant activity until all hours through the hallways, and common areas. Also, I forgot to mention at checkout, that the toilet in our room was loose on its mounting to the floor, which could allow sewer gases to escape into the room! Not good!

The staff was actually very good. Lee, in particular, has excellent people skills. The breakfast..we are quite familiar with the Smitty's Restaurant in Prince Albert, so we went there for our meals. My wife stayed in the room, while I travelled to Big River, for their festival there, so I spent very little time in the room.

We were on our way to a wedding up at elk ridge resort . We stayed here as drove 13 hours from Detroit lakes. Long day . We had a great stay here. Thanks people were very nice. Foods was great . Had a nice room and very clean . We gave it a +8 out 10 ..

Bed should be rotated so doesn't sag on one side. Other bed was fine. Housekeeping was clearly short staffed. Lots of equipment in the hallways to navigate. Cleaning carpet outside my door after dinner was very noisy.

Location was good. Room was quiet but hallway was very noisy. Bed sagged on 1 side but there was a second in the room. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Waitress was very busy but still pleasant. Front staff were pleasant.

There were young kids active playing in the hallways until 10 or 11 pm in the evening. Their activities included running as well as raised voices while they engaged with each other. The plugins in my room would not firmly grip a cell phone charger cord making it impossible to make an electrical connection in order to charge my phone.

The property was close to the main highways going north and south. It was also near restaurants/pubs.

my only minor complaint was that the pool didn’t open until 10am. During our stay the pool attendant came into the pool and was pretty rude to us because we had our children in the hot tub.

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and water slide were fun and great for kids. Would book again.
