We were sharing the house with another family who has kids and kept shouting till 11pm at night and were very loud at 5am in the morning but it's not the host's fault so everything is still great

It was a short stay but it exceeded our expectations. Very nice B&B. Chloe is really nice and helpful and made sure our stay is great. Great location and good restaurants around the area we thought an overnight stay will be enough time but we were sad to leave the next day and with the short time we had, chloe made sure everything is stress free for us we forgot to leave our tip but 10/10 would recommend this b&b and will surely be back

Too bad my schedule allowed me to enjoy the delicious breakfast only on the day of departure.

I was looking for a more budget-friendly place to stay at than the recommended hotel for my conference held at La Citadelle. This was among the closest and all was as advertised. Marjorie & Cloé made my experience live up to the positive reviews and Lonely Planet recommendation.

Only negative is that our bathroom, though private, was not en suite per se. I prefer en suite bathrooms. Other negative is the climb up two flights of stairs for people like me who are over 70 years old. A bit too strenuous.

The hostess, Chloe, was delightful. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The location was super.

Everything! Great location, comfort, cleanliness, decor, staff. Can’t say enough about how excellent this property and staff were. Highly recommend. And I haven’t even gotten to the breakfasts served daily - Gourmet, delicious!

The price is really low for such an hotel. It should be increased to keep there as it is.

I liked almost everything that I encountered. Wonderful breakfast with hot bread, homemade jams, pancakes and rest. We were expecting a good breakfast after we saw some comments online. The breakfast was much better than our expectations. Great room furnished very well. Beds, pillows, bathroom, little hostings like choclates and coffee. Appropriate location for a visitor in lovely Québec City. Easy to walk to all attractions. Last but not the least the welcoming, respectful, helpful, easygoing and the best owner far ahead that I have faced in such hotels.

We stayed here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Marjorie and Luca were wonderful! They were so pleasant, helpful and welcoming. And the breakfasts were amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed being in their company and learning a little bit of the language as well as the history of the area. The comfort of the bed and the pillows, the covers...As a honey moon destination, I expected a little more comfort. I didn't have a good night of sleep. I'm an entrepreneur too and I understand it could be a budget issue. So I wish all the luck to you. The place is really well cared.

The location, the welcome and the breakfast were perfect. Lucca and Marjorie do make you feel like home. The property is beautiful, super clean and cozy. The bathroom is new and really clean. The restaurant Bello right in front is amazing and there are many other options close by. The free parking is another plus!
