We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandAs we all know the phrase - looks can be deceiving and this place was one of them. Nothing was really enjoyable about my stay in this place, The room was very, very small for a person with a disability, which they were e-mailed in advance about my personal condition and said they could accommodate - no problem - they lied and left me in it for 3-weeks. *I did not have the ability to relocate - no smartphone* It was a pure nightmare staying here, dirty towels left outside door for 2-weeks, no room cleaning service with any fresh towels or toiletries. There was Irish traveler brawls till the early hours of the morning on occasions, breaking glass, blood in the lobby, screaming, shouting, local Police. Who almost arrested me thinking I was one of them that night, slamming doors morning - noon and night. I felt so intimidated (discrimination) by them at night's as I came back to sleep and had to walk pass them with my white cane for my disability - as they would always have the front door semi-blocked with chairs and the lighting was bad at front. They even called me names to - that I care not to repeat here, as I would not engage with them. The owners or the so-called staff were never around to inform them of these things or anything else for that matter, they only came about looking for payment near the end of my stay. They did not seem to care or understand the hell that I endured, they only compensated a "very small amount" of cash for this inconvenience, I have been visiting Medugorje many years since 2004 and this place has to be the very worst and dusty place that I have ever stayed in all the years. It robbed me nightly of my Peace that I always get from been in Medugorje, I had to eat all meals out a lot daily, most times sleeping in the prayer areas of the church. this drained any energy I had to the point of tears and I could not wait to leave this Hotel Hell. This is all true as God is my witness and I would Not Recommend it ever.
The only thing sort of good was the location. A bed to sleep in - when I was able to do. The weather. The bedside night light and long mirror and leaving the place after my stay at this place...

Warm welcoming of the staff, accomodation meet price standards. Terase occupied with cats,which was the best as make my 2 night stay even nicer!! Lovely restaurant with our Lady statues and pictures. As a coffee drinker,you were able to make a coffee anytime and various sort of coffee they had.

The location is excellent, near St James Church and at the same time in a quiet surrounding. In the hotel, I am very satisfied with the facilities. Our breakfast is good, you can eat all you can. The lady Dijana she was nice.

SwedenWe were 4 adults and 1 child. Hotel was very nice and near to centrum but the most important thing was the hotels owner Diana. She is very kind and want everybody to feel confortable. The meals were amazing, very good and includes soup, second plate, dessert, cofee, drinks and wine. We come back next year. Thank you Diana! Anna and family.
