I have been in numereous hostels, but this is the first time I'm writing a review. Adi was super helpful when I had some problems arriving Mostar. I was going to stay for a one night as a quick stop, but because of this hostel and the beautiful city of Mostar, I ended up staying for three nights. The locaction is pretty much perfect. It just on the border of the "tourist zone", so it is very calm, but you will reach the Old Bridge and the areas surrounding it quickly. The location really allows you to experience the city the best. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean in the bathrooms and showers. Also the rooms had AC which is always a big plus. If you visit Mostar, can't recommend this place enough. 10/10 experience.

Ivana is an amazing host who goes out of her way to make our stay delightful and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, nutritious and plentiful to start the day energized. Breakfast time is also an opportunity to make friends with fellow pilgrims. Casa Verde is ideally located in the midst of multiple supermarkets with a bakery close by and a short walk from St James church. Free parking is also available.

The location is unbeatable. It once started raining while we were out, and if the hotel wasn’t this close to Bascarsia, we would have been soaking. The breakfast spread was extraordinary: it had many types of dried meat, eggs, omelettes, cheese, fruit, just amazing! (tip: get your Burek from Bascarsia instead of eating from the buffet) The staff was very friendly, always smiling. Daily housekeeping.

I had a cosy stay in the apartment. This new apartment with good equipment in the kitchen. The apartment has a big balcony and a wonderful view. AC works perfectly. Parking is in front of the apartment. Landlord was helpful and she gave me informations about Mostar. She speaks perfectly English and it was easy to communicate with her.

The property was easy to access and a short walk to the bridge. The host was so kind and more than accommodating. She even made baklava when she learned it was my birthday! You don’t find hospitality like that everywhere!

The parking was too tight for our van, but the host immediately made a new plan so we still had private parking at another location.

Breakfast was lovely and they offered to make anything we like. Good options of eggs, sausage, other meats, pastries, yogurt and several types of yogurt. Beautiful dining room. Very attentive staff.

The entry of the appartment is like a slump. The building is very old. I wouldn't recommend this unit. It's not the hidden gems that I was expecting.

Terrible experience. They don’t speak English, hard do communicate with them. Also nobody was there during our check in, we had to look for him around, very absurd. The owner is very rude and not friendly at all. He yelled at me and tried to fight with me. If you read some of the owner’s response to customer’s feedback through the reviews you will see what I’m saying. I wish I read them before. There was not enough hot water. Water was hot only for a couple minutes then it was cold. Also their sheets were not clean for the sofa bed. There was a waitress girl tried to charge me more than my reservation price. She was very mean. Watch out for them. I’m not sure how booking.com can advertising this property but not worth your single penny. They have more than one business that’s why I don’t enough pay attention to the hotel and they don’t care their hotel customer’s satisfaction. So just let you know before decide.
