The hotel needs a little refreshment. Visible signs of wear and tear. Our penthouse did not have the possibility to go to the terrace because the door is broken. We said twice if it was possible to do something, but unfortunately we didn't use the terrace until the end of our stay. If you already take the penthouse, you also expect to be able to go to the terrace. The heating is not the best, but they gave us a small radiator, which made it very difficult to warm up the entire apartment. Given that we paid almost €900 for the hotel for 4 days, we expected breakfast to be included in the price - but unfortunately it was not. We were very disappointed by this. breakfast is crucial. here, unfortunately, you lose in the reviews. Think carefully and add breakfast to the price. even if the price is higher.

Considering that we were one of the cheated guests in Sarajevo this year (the first accommodation we booked didn't exist), We were happy that we got a hotel in the center that was available. The hotel itself in the heart of the city. The immediate vicinity of "Baščaršija" where everything happens. The receptionists are very friendly. The cleaners are nice.They cleaned our room every day. Upon arrival, we received a bag of coffee and a magnet of the city of Sarajevo. Very nice of them :)

Maybe a bit outworn some of the interiour, but for this price/value range actually nothing to complain.

Very friendly and guest focused staff. Good location. Well equipped room and spacy. Apsolutly clean. Very nice and comfy lounge at topfloor with phenomenal view. Value for money 10/10

Still, this time it was a winter and the hotel did not have a proper heating, so we needed to ask for electric radiator to try to improve the situation. Furthemore, the parking which was included in the price during the summer now it was not, which was the extra charge of 15 EUR. Comparing value for money, we could choose better hotel for the final price we paid.

This was not our first time in the hotel, which means that we liked it first time and decided to come back. It has excellent location, rooms are fine, as well as breakfast.

The hotel has a great location and one can walk to the historical part of the city. The hotel has access to the car park just across the road which was great since I had a car. The room was of adequate size for a family of 4.

The AC didnt really work, but the temperature was acceptable even without it. In the evening it gets a little cooler so I just opened the windows.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me get a taxi to the airport when I checked out. The bed and bathroom were good quality even though some parts were quite old. The location is very central, a grocery store is about 5-10 minutes of walking away and the SCC shopping center is about 25 minutes of walking distance just following the main road.

The cleaning of the rooms was ok, but it would be really nice to give a little more attention to that to improve it's quality. In general I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel does not actually have any parking of its own - unlike what is advertised they say that it is an error on the site that they are trying to fix

The evening receptionist was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. He actually helped us find a parking place on the street when we arrived and was prepared to remove his own car to make space for us. Coffee, tea and water are always readily available in the common areas There is very pretty roof terrace just outside the breakfast room

Overall the room is fine but some elements of decoration in the room are coming apart due to age. Some towels are too old, they need replacement. During breakfast the hot food is not being replenished on time. When I came at 9.30, I found no hot food. I didn't meet anyone of the staff in the breakfast room, either. No good coffee (e.g. espresso) is available during breakfast. Theoretically you can order it for an additional charge but there was no one in the breakfast room I could order it from.

Parking is a serious problem. Even though they have a deal, it's 15 Euros per night.

Breakfast is open buffet (about 40 kinds). It was very quiet. Hotel attendant was helpful and informative. An extra bed was provided for the baby. Our needs were constantly questioned. The only downside of the hotel was the lack of parking. Thanks for your interest...

Unfortunately when we checked in, our toilet had soaps that were opened from previous people who stayed in the room. Needs more dusting in the room and the wifi was very weak.

I have to start of with the staff. Extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel uses the parking lot across the street and they were quick to help us figure everything out. Our original room was not ready at check in, so they immediately gave us another room. The breakfast is delicious and has a little bit of everything. Considering that this hotel is steps away from the eternal flame, the location can’t be better. It’s close to everything, even a 5 minute walk to Baščaršija.
