The spa bath in the room was not clean upon our arrival. However, when we asked to clean it, it was done. Coffee capsules were not topped up in the room. So we had to ask for them. Perhaps due to high occupancy in the hotel, we had to wait for hours for our room to be serviced with a sign on the door "please make up the room". This was a bit awkward as you never know if the cleaners come when you are having a shower, or taking a bath, or having a nap.

Beautiful location across the road from Four Mile Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool. Nice breakfast. Overall, very nice experience and we wouldn't hesitate to come back

Although uncontrollably by the property, it rained a lot while I was there.

Great location. Next to beach and a walking trail. Short walk to restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free Laundry available.

Common areas (pool/hallways etc) could potentially do with a refurb but noticed they were doing some painting so it’s probably being worked on.

This could be a classy property but it has some unclassy problems. The breakfast menu is limited and you are only allowed to select one item - and have one cup of coffee. It feels like penny pinching. The pool is good but the missing tiles here and there - and wobbly paving slabs around it - just all combine to let down what should be a great hotel.

Location - wonderful view through palm trees to the stunning Great Barrier Reef coastline. Easy walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Staff friendly

Great spot would stay there again, great breakfast included in price which was lovely. Easy walking to lots of restaurants. Even though we had heavy rain it was still beautiful. Complementary laundry was a nice touch.

Small property, so owner lives onsite, but was unable to get assistance with buzzer or phone as the directions indicated after hours since the front desk is only staffed during the day.

False alarm went of during the first night, waking up the whole hotel.

Big, comfortable suite. Beautiful pool, always enough space at the pool. Good cooked breakfast included. Great quiet location at the beach and towncenter with many restaurants around the corner.

Main floor ocean view was hidden by all of the foliage, but felt secluded, so wasn’t quite a downside.

Such a beautiful & relaxing hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, not to mention an amazing balcony overlooking the beach. The breakfast was a highlight - a great selection of delicious options & the staff were friendly & attentive. We loved enjoying happy hour cocktails by the pool. Location was perfect, right opposite the beach & so close to all the restaurants.
