Our apartment needs some work, pretty much all external doors and windows need to be replaced, sliding doors to balcony difficult to open. Could do with new carpet too.

We were on top floor and views were great from a number of rooms. Location was ideal, midway between Surfers and Broadbeach.

The facilities was little under expectation. There was less amenities provided for 7 days stay for us. I think more amenities like tissue paper body wash should have been provided.

The view was the best. Top floor and view of the city and beach was exceptional.

We had 3 bedroom apartment on 19th floor.. Great views lots of windows. Nice furnishings. No air con however it was in May so not hot. I believe each apartment is different because they are individually owned.

The property looked a bit run down but everything was still in good order. The kitchen had a few things missing like a good knife and some basic cutlery. One of the kitchen sink was blocked and we could not use it. But overall, we had no complaints about the property.

The location was absolutely stunning. A short stroll to the beach and not too far from the town centre. It was a very comfortable stay for two families (6 people). It had two good bedrooms, lots of open area in the dining/living area and absolutely stunning views of the ocean and the city on both sides. The gym, pool and the spa were very nice and clean. The property was overall clean. All of this at a very reasonable price.

The washer, dyer and TV could be updated at some point. One of the doors from the room to the deck would get stuck when trying to close it. Elevator can be a little slow.

Great staff, excellent location. Views are amazing and the outdoor is the perfect place to chill out. Short walk to the beach and not far too Surfers Paradise central. Pool was a nice way to cool off. Safe and secure parking.

2 bedroom apartment was big size,great view of the surface beach,pool and BBQ erea was always cleaned,the owner was great,so understandable and always smiling and welcoming the guest.

No AC. It was very warm at nights and there were no fly screens on the balcony doors so couldn’t leave them open at night due to mosquitos.

Windows need a bit of TLC hard to open then as they are rusty, but that just finding something negative it was grest

The view we were giving and we got to leave car there and walk everywhere, wasn't happy at first that there was a 300 dollar bond fee which is hidden in policies should more vigilant for people like me who hate reading but overall brilliant place might even come back sometime as long as we get the good view 😀

The extra deposit was mentioned until on site, which was fine but would have been nice to have know as booking already had my card details.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Each room had great views of the ocean and the river. Friendly management and we all had a great time.

Unable to find additional parking close by as arrival time of other guests was late evening and all off street parking taken. If travelling with multiple passengers try to limit to one car as no additional car spaces are available. Also not air conditioned, however there are beautiful cross breezes with all the windows open.

Great location, very clean and staff exceptionally friendly. The apartment is large and had everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was superb, the only downfall was the cleanliness of the bathroom floor and kitchen. There was alot of fall out hairs.

Property manger was lovely, he was welcoming and approachable. Fast and efficient Check in and checkout. Love the view and location was just perfect. Everything was just in walking distancd, and the beach was 3 mins walk around the corner.
