The location was very central and within a walk of many places of interest in Orange. The price was very modest, but the accommodation was the best pub stay I have been in and at the cheapest price. Therefore it exceeded our expectations. I also would like to mention the staff, as the woman on duty as extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful.

We had such a lovely time at the Mountain Heritage Hotel. The staff members were super friendly and attentive. The hotel itself has a vintage vibe and it is very well-maintained. The room is clean. It comes with all essential items to make your stay comfortable. We stayed on Saturday night and got to listen to Alan the pianist playing.

I had an angsty, scary and uncomfortable experience Friday night with an intoxicated man nearby and I was to put up with it. So that made the rest of my stay uneasy. The TV had apps only and I could only seemingly access one, so not much TV facilities. There was no clock in the room so I had to rely on my watch and phone for time. Also, I found it bizarre that there was noone apart from the cleaning lady there when I checked out.
