We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicI have asked to get our room on the same building as welness- it was written we got the room in tje same building but not done- finally we were localized in separate building in the opposite area than wellness using many elevators with walking in our bathrobe from wellness with wet hair and face redness from sauna in front of all dining people or people in lobby drinking. For my 75 year old mother was very dehonestong, and so for me. Also breakfast tables were not possible to use even there was no one in the breakfast room- we had to walk far aeai almost to the reception with every single cup of kafee, tea which then meal then juice... Staff was not willing to let us sit in the empty breakfast room, we were 7.15 there. Young couples could sat there an my 75 year old mather had to walk almost to the reception.I am very dissappiointed by breakfast service and organization of use of tables in such high level of services hotel we have chosen due to welness and comfort for my eldwrly mother. I have never seen in similar hotels such bad brekfast service organization.

Czech RepublicReception staff. We arrived by bike and she looked at us like we didn't belong there. All we got from her was poor information about the accommodation, no information about breakfast, all on request.
Great breakfast, egg bar, fresh pastries, selection of butter, honey, very good orange juice, etc. Large outdoor pool, nice and well heated, Finnish sauna. Accommodation met expectations, description corresponds to reality.

HungaryThere was one person at reception who was shockingly rude to me when I simply wanted help about an open grocery store on Easter Monday (Google had been inaccurate the day before.) I got my question answered by a clerk from a hotel across the street! That interaction soured the experience for me. The room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The showers had great water pressure, too. There was no mini-fridge in the room. If you were not signed up for snack and dinner, you did not have access to snacks and drinks besides expensive options at the bar. This made it tricky as a solo traveller.
l loved the relaxation rooms and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It’s wonderful to be able to swim while it snows.

United KingdomNothing. This was my third visit and the standards of the hotel remain exceptionally high. It’s a great place to stay whether you ski or not.
Everything. The staff are very friendly and do their jobs extremely well (special shout out to Robert, Antonio and Ackie). Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional, particularly the five-course dinner, which is extremely good value for money. The chef and the rest of the kitchen team deserve high praise for turning out such refined food every night that would not be out of place in a high-end fine dining restaurant. The facilities were great, particularly the heated outdoor pool and superbly equipped gym, which we enjoyed using after a day’s skiing.

PolandThere are certain customs in the hotel that are unheard of in other hotels. Therefore, the lady at the reception should better inform guests about the customs, e.g. in the restaurant.
Perfect hotel in every way! The owners Mrs. Marie and Mr. Joggl are very nice, smiling people. It's obvious they love what they do. This good energy spreads through the entire staff! :) Delicious breakfasts, dinners. Spa at the highest level!!

The people at the hotel, from the owners to the receptionists, the waiting staff and the cleaners, were all so friendly and helpful, creating a real feeling of genuine warmth and good hospitality. The hotel’s new extension has resulted in facilities that exceed anything we’ve experienced before in a hotel like this. We particularly liked the heated outdoor pool, the superbly-equipped gym on two floors, the huge jacuzzi on the top floor and numerous comfortable and relaxing areas. And how could we forget the food? We’re both keen foodies and the quality of the food we were served at the hotel was excellent, from the fantastic choice at breakfast to the five-course evening meal. Location also was really good, with the free ski bus stopping just outside. Although ski conditions were not great when we stayed (due to too much snow!), we didn’t really mind because the hotel gave us such a fantastic holiday, We plan to return next year with some friends who we have already persuaded to come by telling them what a great experience we had.
