We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

There was not anything that I don't like.

This was my first time in Kopaonik and I feel so lucky to find the right hotel the first time. The room is clean and comfortable, food is so good, the staff is amazing, the manager is so kind and generous, he always helped us. It was easy to buy ski pass and to rent ski equipments from the hotel. The spa is new, clean and relaxing.I and my friends enjoyed the whole time we stayed.I highly recommend with no doubt. I will definitely stay again in Rtanj next year.

My recent getaway to Hotel Rtanj left me utterly impressed. Tucked away in the serene beauty of Kopaonik, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend the à la carte restaurant Odžaklija. The food was superbly delicious, and the ambiance was amazing.

Location is better than exceptional - it is unique. Built upon a very old mountaineering shelter, alone in the mountain, it is in the middle of a national park where property development is not allowed any more.

Not everyone in the staff speaks english so you have to be a bit patient, but all the staff is nice and accomodating. The time for dinner is too short - only 2 hours in a space that is too small., It feels over crowded and agitated. Daily cleaning only means empting the paper bin and replacing toilet paper, it's not enough when you stay a whole week, you can ask for a change of towels buy really you shouldn't have to.

The location is excelent, it's really ski-in ski-out. The room was big and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, you can order room service by using an app, that was quite cool. The staff was very polite and always helpfull.the food is amazing and you have plenty of options. There is a good wine selection at the bar and the whole lounge area and bar gives a nice vibe. The spa has a very nice large heated pool and jacuzzi and we really enjoyed the relax room and the massage. There is an EV charger available in the parking and the whole area is secured. Overall great value for money and when we return to Kopaonic we will definitely stay at Rtanj.

They had placed a coffee machine in the room, but there was no coffee or tea. The spa is great, but on the first day the jacuzzi was not working, and the second day it was working but the water was cold, and not as the hotel stated 34 degrees Celsius.

The location of the hotel is perfect for skiers. It's next to a slope. The staff is nice, they are friendly and helpful. When we arrived they took our luggage, the skies (the hotel has a separate place where you can store your ski equipment, this is a big bonus if you have your skis with you), and they also have ski rental. The food was good, the hotel was warm and cosy, a perfect place for a mountain stay.

Male sobe, veoma basic. Zaboravite na SPA na dan checkouta posto radi tek od 12h. Nije bilo puno gostiju, sauna i jakuzzi nedovoljno zagrejani.

Dobra lokacija, bez obzira na doba godine. Klopa dobra standardno. Bazen ok.

The huge and though pillows - were very uncomfortable for neck The Chinese drop - we got a storm and outside the window was an annoying repetitive sound - the sensitive people on sleep would understand :)

There are no walking paths from the hotel to the centre/other places, so if you are not skiing all the time it can be a little secluded as there is not much other outdoor activity at the premises. It is quite alive and noisy around and a lot of people circulating, which is great at but maybe not for all. Although the hotel is quite newly renovated it is a bit worn out and the cleaning is not on top.

We visited this hotel during late February and we travelled with a baby, together with friends with a toddler. The common facilities are good with a lot of areas for hanging out. The location of the hotel is great for skiers, on the slopes with the possibility to ski in/out. It’s ask close to the city centre, around 5 min by car. The staff is very friendly and problem-solving, they really try to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The food is the best thing about the hotel, its very tasty and there is great variety during both breakfast and dinner. Also the restaurant and the donut-stand outside are great.

Small suggestion, would be nice to have a kettle in the room and a mini fridge.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is small but OK, the spa is nice, the food is excellent. The location of the hotel is a huge advantage. But most of all, friendly atmosphere, thanks to the wonderful ladies at the reception desk, in the spa, the waiters, the ski room staff and the parking lot attendants.
