We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaThe amenities were satisfactory, though a set of toothpaste and toothbrushes would be helpful. There is a W Mart opposite the hotel for any additional needs. Overall, it was a good stay. More TV channels would be preferred, especially with the Euro Cup and T20 World Cup ongoing. Dinner options were limited one night but fine on another night.
The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel's location is excellent, offering peaceful surroundings and pleasant evening walks along Dubai Wharf. The staff were attentive, and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness.

QatarThe staff is not much friendly, not trained well for the hotel reception. At night I asked for the cutlery to eat my food in the room, he simply declined even the cutlery was available over there. Finally, we managed to eat our food in the lounge at late night.
Breakfast is fine with this price but the area for the breakfast is tight. Cleanliness and hotel decore is not meet the Dubai standards, its like a European hotel.

UkraineI have an issue I encountered with the vendor machine located within the hotel premises 1st floor near elivator . During my recent stay, I experienced an incident where the vendor machine charged me extra money for a purchase. Initially, the hotel staff assured me that they would assist in resolving the issue and ensure the refund of the overcharged amount. However, regrettably, the matter was not addressed as promised, and the follow-up on the part of the staff was lacking. It is disappointing to note that the commitment made by the hotel staff was not upheld, and the non-adherence to promises has left a negative impression. Maintaining integrity and fulfilling commitments are crucial aspects of customer satisfaction, and the disregard of such assurances is concerning.
Overall, I had a positive experience and wanted to highlight some aspects that I particularly enjoyed: 1. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was ideal for my needs as it allowed easy access to both Sharjah and Ajman. Additionally, being situated in Dubai and not far from downtown . 2. Breakfast 3. Parking easily park vehicle without any hassle was a definite benefit.

THE HOTEL IS very clean and breakfast food is very nice and tasty the hotel is little far from metro at this kind of weather summer you cant walk to metro we took a taxi going back and forth. the one thing we are not inform is the " free shuttle" bus we were not informed that it was only complementary from festival mall that we should be wait outside to get a free ride since it was so hot we stayed in front of door then we just saw bus passing and when we informed the reception that only time they explain it was festival city bus and they wont stop longer if they don't see any one outside it was miss communication to us as we understood this hotel shuttle bus because when we ask them the reception who speak to us only tell us wait there door and bus will come we are not informed bus is provided by festival so we must wait outside even its hot because its a complimentary from festival city not from hotel next time they should be more straight .
