To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UgandaI liked everything although the elevators are sometimes slow. The carpets on the corridors to the rooms probably need to be changed once in a while as they seemed to be old with a slight dumpy smell (Minor observation).
Location of Hotel is great, near to supermarkets and many shopping centers around. Breakfast had a wide variety. Apartment room very spacious and perfect for the family I had traveled with.

United KingdomNothing really, I guess it could do with some modernisation but it was fine for us. One thing they could definitely change is move the TVs on to smart TVs so you can easily airplay - it’s quite frustrating not being to watch anything on a TV when this option could sort it.
Very spacious apartment with a balcony. The bedroom, living room and kitchen areas were very large and a good huge walk in shower with rainfall mode - excellent. Liked the huge worktop next to the bathroom basin where you can easily put masses of toiletries out. Also, there is an excellent mall - Al Ghurair Mall literally on the other side of the road - just cross and you are there. It’s one of the best malls in Dubai in our opinion and we have seen them all!

The room was good and the bathroom are big enough. My 2 toddler can even showered together with me whenever we came back from the swimming pool. The staffs are very helpful, from housekeeping and the reception staffs! We will definitely back to this place.

United Arab EmiratesThe room was very small to occupy 3 adults as per the booking selection and a third person had to stay on sofa cum bed and once you open the bed there is hardly any space to walk in the room. The location was a little confusing to enter the hotel from the main road. There was no Pakistani Channel on TV.
The staff was very helpful and Breakfast / Suhoor was delicious. The room was small to accommodate three persons but it was clean.
