The beach facilities could be charged at a reasonable amount. The cost for the activities were too steep.

I have been a regular for Fairmont Fujairah. All throughout the years, I felt like the room was a bit worn-out compared to before. Some lights aren't functioning (blinking). The wall looks a bit old, too, not the same luxury feels compared to before. The breakfast selection used to be amazing, but I felt like the food quality was not as per the usual Fairmont standard. But overall, it's still a good stay, but maybe it'll be my last for this hotel.

I always love this place, very comfortable bed and amazing customer service. The room is quite spacious and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The adults only pool is amazing too.

In the restaurant, Veriety of food selection was very less.Kids recreation activities were very low .Beach was very muddy .Open bathroom concepts are not suitable for families. Beaches and kids' pools were too far from the hotel.If they provide an elevator on the connection building, it will be nice to tourist or senior citizens who have walking difficulty.

First, let’s clarify: Kids pool is not one pool, but many pools ! Pools, both adults and kids, are very clean & well maintained. Special thanks to Mr.Flobert (Life boy), who saved my daughter while she was going to drown in the water.He is very professional, vigilant & very helpful. Once again, thank you, Mr.Flobert .You have done a very great job. The restaurant was good but with limited cuisines .Special thanks to Chef Mustafa & Chef Afzal, who took care at the time of our visit.Their dishes were very tasty, especially fish grill and Paratha. A warm thank you to Miss Alexandra, who is in the main reception counter .She attended us very professionally and allot a good room to stay. Overall, it was a nice experience for us .

The rooms are beautiful and we were upgraded to a suite which was excellent. Huge and of a high quality. Staff are lovely and always helpful and polite.

The food was a great disappointment. The selection and quality at the breakfast and dinner buffets were not the best. Also, management should consider changing the pool tiles' colour (they are orange). It is not appealing at all.

The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are comfortable, and the ocean view is expectional. The staff were very attentive to details and made sure we had a good stay. Starting with Ayman, who called me in advance and arranged a small surprise for my daughter's birthday upon arrival, and then meeting Reem at the reception, Zakaria and Ali. They were all very hospitable.

Being pregnant is difficult however the staff were sooo kind and respond to every request. Nice gesture from their team they added a fruit basket in our room upon check in. The room was super clean and excellent sea view really what I needed to relax and be stress free.

reservation team has been a nightmare and we have not been able to cancel a reservation for one night 5 days before we arrived. they put in on booking but I saw all the exchanges with booking and it was the hotel not doing any effort… it started very badly. breakfast is average it was disappointing compared to to the place beach is nice but I didn’t like the swimming pool for non adults

Decent hotel but definitely not up to Fairmont reputation, it gave a beach complex vibe than a resort. The beach is very small and basic, the big disappointment was the food, inferior quality specially the buffet.

Airport pick up did not arrive. Dinner food not as advertised and not to standard I would expect for the cost - no comparison to Intercontinental which we visited. Some staff not great no pool for excellent teenager swimmers

Bath tub was leaking. I would strongly recommend not to take their breakfast as it was very bad in taste and very limited options. All the cooked items were tasteless and oily !!!
