Breakfast options were very limited. It was difficult to open most of the rooms. My teenage daughter had been locked out in one of the rooms. It takes a lot of effort to pull it open, a bit dangerous if you have a small child with you. The doors need maintenance. It was very easy for anyone to go in and out of the hotel thru the stairs. My son who has special needs were able to leave the hotel thru the stairs and back exit without the security noticing. If he can go out, there is a risk of anybody going in the same route.

the staff was really helpful and quick, especially when we had a sudden emergency. The suite that we stayed in had a superb view of the Marina and Bluewaters and all the rooms were huge and complete with supplies and kitchen. My family had a great time, and we would love to go back.

Dubai marina traffic is terrible but that we knew already before.

The location of hotel is perfect for families with small children - peace and quiet next to beach/pool, but close to Dubai Marina walk. The area in front of the pool with option to have breakfast outside is great. The staff is very friendly. We had some water leakage and that can happen. Not just they fixed it right away, the front desk manager surprised us with the gift in the room. We felt very welcomed in the hotel in general.

One of The staff at breakfast was so mean to us as a family (for no apparent reason) though the manager did make sure to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Still the staff kept on being mean after the manager fixed things.But it seems they need to sort out the employees and upgrade the behavior of others. It is an unacceptable behavior in the Hilton Hotels chain. We were never treated as such in any Hotel ever. Also while booking we booked for breakfast but we had to pay for children breakfast. Information were not accurate

Cocktails at the bar were hit or miss… it is a solid 30-40 min into downtown and while taxis are reasonable, if you are planning a lot of sightseeing it takes up a portion of your day, especially with Dubai traffic!

Lovely 2 bedroom suite with spacious living area and 2.5 baths, so comfortable for our family with 2 teenagers! Lovely pool area that wasn’t too too busy even at Easter break, lots of loungers and the service was exceptional. Staff are super friendly, very helpful and attentive. At the end of the beach so not so crazy packed with people!

Bit long to do the check in. A/c OK in the bedroom but so so in the living room

Location is good because you have everything in JBR but, if you want to use the car after to come back it always takes long time. Nice pool, beach.

The breakfast was fine but I would have preferred fresh crepes/pancakes especially for children. Only an observation.

Location was excellent, access to the walkway along Jumeriah beach, the beach itself, the heated pools, happy hour :) The changing facilities, loungers/towels all excellent. Staff were so nice. We really loved our stay. We had a 2 bed apartment with sea view, it was perfect for a family with 2 children.

We have booked a room with half board for 5 people (2 adults and three children). But when we arrived we were told that the half board was paid only for 2 people ??!! Not clear at all during the booking and written nowhere in my mails and in the app…

The building next door casts a huge shadow/shade on the pool area. You hardly get sunlight onto the pool area, which makes it cold to sit there.

The cleanliness of the room and the space within the suite. Couldn’t fault it one bit. The inside and outside of the hotel were top notch! The staff were great and welcoming. Helped with the taxis and luggage which was nice of them.

The property is located on the JBR walk which is a hub of shops, restaurants. The beach is also near to the property. The room is spacious with necessary amenities and view from the room was great. The room service and housekeeping service was exceptional and were prompt. The break fast spread was good, The lady at the breakfast counter was friendly and with warmth. Overall has a great stay at the property

The rooms value are expensive.

I would like to thank all of the staffs and espcially Harpreet, Nikoliy, Angileca and Laurence for warm welcoming. Also. the housekeeping team are very kind and they clean the room very deep. The location is excellent and the suiet is wide. I wish will visit the hotel bery soon.

The reception who put mixed up things and deleted my name and I could not add the stay to my stays although I was the one who made the reservation, made the payment, and stayed in the hotel. However they put the reservation on one of of my kids and claimed that it did not belong to me although the reservation was on my name
