Amazing place to stay, check in lines are long but it’s understandable given the volume of guests. Room was beyond spacious and comfortable, we were in the basic king deluxe room and it was awesome. House keeping was so on point and the views were breathtaking. One thing I didn’t know before I went was that kids club is only complimentary once per stay in certain packages, so check that and also the activities fill up fast so I’d recommend booking them in advance if you know your dates!

I visited along with my family which included my two daughters aged 15 and 11. While there were lot of activities for the younger one the elder daughter did not have much option for her entertainment. Also we found less food options for vegetarians.

Room and view was amazing along with facilities provided by the hotel staff. The entire resort including the water park and restaurants were well connected giving seem less access to all the food and facilities.

A little bit on the expensive side but the facilties and comfort make up for it. The beach did not have private bed options which could be a good addition for privacy. The shampoo given in the bathroom could've been better as in a designer brand like balmain or hermes as present in sofitel or grand hyatt hotels.

The Atlantis beach was amazing, soothing at night with perfect view. The underwater facilities were also out of this world with underwater dining options available. The rooms were spacious and beds were extra large. Bathroom was clean with perfect amenities available. The view from the room was also exceptional. Staff was also friendly as they gave me extra time to check out as my initial check in was also late. My personal favourite thing was when my name was displayed on the TV screen made me feel welcomed as if it was my home.

What can I say… the best hotel stay I ever had. I can’t fault anything.. the staff, the facilities, the value for money with the Waterpark included. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were polite, friendly and so professional with every encounter we had. We had some technical difficulties with our TV and it was sorted so efficiently. The pool was amazing and lovely food and drinks there. We had a blast at the Waterpark. We have been telling all of our friends about our stay! Wish we had longer!

Check before booking that they have not organized some sort of concert right next to the hotel - promoted by the hotel. We had a horrible experience, where the hotel had decided that it would be ok to allow the Martin Garix concert on Sat night to go to 2am. Our room was blasted with sound till 2am - so really didn't get much sleep. Was very disappointed with the hotel about no pre warning about this, and that they think it was ok to subject us to this noise till 2am. Had they allowed it till 12am, I could have lived with it. Booking a room for a night should mean you can sleep !

Beautiful resort , enjoyed the hotel, facilities and service, with an amazing pool. And extremely enjoyed the water park next door. Disappointed by the concert next door

Room was very clean everywhere apart from the Black mould on ceiling but I understand it’s very humid there and imagine this is a constant battle.

The hotel is amazing, more like a large resort. So much to do, we loved the water park and then coming back and swimming in the pool. We eat at wave house which was nice and buffet was good too.

The attention to detail in the hotel was second to none! Staff couldn’t do enough for you - attentive, polite and friendly. The Imperial Club is a fantastic asset, allowing slightly more privacy throughout your stay.

The prices of food inside the hotel is a bit OTT

This hotel is just WOW- from the second we arrived everthing was unreal - the valet dealt with the car- you walk down the red carpet and straight away get all the feels. Wonderful helpful staff We only stayed one night as it was last minute- and cost around £380 for room only, but did give you access to the waterpark and aquarium, unbelievable views The breakfast was 120 aed each to add on. The waterpark meals were standard price- around £15 for a meal deal. The food in the hotel I thought was overpriced- very high. Entertainment at night in bars- but no children However they have the arcade etc lots to do for kids! I would re-visit in a heartbeat.

Swimming pool close at 7pm we been in so many top resorts and swimming pool is always open until really late some places like resorts at Disney in Orlando are open until 3/4am - quite strange plus the beach bar closes early in a place like this so hot also half board deal isn’t worth it particularly for small children like 3-8 years because they charge a lot of money and kids don’t eat

The property was beautiful and the staff were all lovely and made our stay extra special. There is everything there you would need. We would love to stay again. We had a 14th floor room the views were incredible. We had booked a palm view room.
