We stayed there for a few days and were absolutely thrilled: The location directly on the small river is magical and the beautiful bungalows are built in a great bamboo grove. It really comes up with a jungle feeling. The food was very tasty and authentic, real original Thai cuisine. Chef Wirot was incredibly helpful in all matters: shuttle service, great tips for excursions (including his scooter) and even took us on a private Sun Rise tour in the jungle. The food, cooked by Wirot's wife, was very tasty and authentic - real original Thai cuisine. If you want to experience the original Thailand, this is the place for you: we were the only foreigners there. We will visit the Khao Luang again and then definitely again at Wirot in the Kung Nok Tha Resort.

The hotel is very close to the beach if you wanna spend tranquil life very recommended but the beach around that area a lot of trash except infront of the hotel. Not too much tourist the people there so nice.

El Aava Resort and Spa se encuentra en Khanom, junto a la playa de Nadan. Luv everything about this one we had the private pool suite and let’s say it was perfect . Step out and we were at the pool and looking outside we can see the beach as well . Breakfast was excellent very authentic . Staff was attentive and very nice and helpful .
