Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly. Nice and clean at all times. Bedroom spacious, nice balcony. Breakfast and dinner very good quality, we had every dinner at the hotel. Modern hotel, four swimmingpools. Plenty of sunbeds, no reason for getting up early to put towels on the sunbeds. The staff even removed towels from sunbeds when owners were clearly not present for a long time. More hotels should copy that. All in all a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was very nice, the rooms are super clean and with comfortable beds, “Cee” who is at the front desk is very helpful and attentions to details, she for helped us with all we needed and provided an excellent service.

The service everywhere from every staff member is excellent and makes you feel welcome (White at the reception, and Jan at breakfast). Breakfast was pretty complete and tasty. It was our honeymoon and The Pin had our room beautifully decorated with flowers, balloons, and a bottle of wine all for free. The pool was excellent temperature and the room had everything we needed. Water is also included.

The welcome, the attention, the staff, the cleanliness. Everything is very easy, nothing is too far, you are right on the beach, there is space by the pool and enough loungers for everyone. Breakfast was very good, home made bread, yogurt and muffins... It's a relatively small and the staff get to know you very quickly, it quickly becomes a very friendly place to be whilst remaining very professional. I would definitely recommend hiring a scooter for the stay. This a 4 star hotel with 5 star service, Sam and Jacquie have made the effort and it shows. We were grateful for everything.

The Wynn Kohjum mempunyai kolam renang luaran, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Ko Jum. The location relative to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff setup a van pickup for us at the Krabi airport to transported us to the dock, and a long-tail boat to transported us to Koh Jum and a taxi for the final transport to the hotel. We were able to charge all the transportation costs to our room bill and pay with our credit card. The hotel staff arranged a private long-tail boat to snorkel in Koh Phi Phi marine park. The restaurant food and services were excellent. We ate all our meals there while enjoying the sunset views of the gulf of Siam (Thailand).
