The White Shell is an Eco-friendly Resort is BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certified. The villas are absolutely gorgeous with everything you want or need. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The electric bikes that were available free of charge was a very pleasant bonus.

Situated in Carvoeiro, Quinta do Algarvio Village provides accommodation with free WiFi and access to a garden. All units feature air conditioning, underfloor heating and a flat-screen TV. townhouse was perfect: well stocked, excellent air condition, and three bathrooms was great!

Situated in Carvoeiro, 2.6 km from Algar Seco - Carvoeiro, Vale de Milho Village has a number of amenities including a garden and free WiFi. Everything about Vale de Milho Village lived up to, or exceeded, our expectations. I travelled here with my wife for a 2 week break and from the very moment we arrived we were impressed. Hugo greeted us at reception and provided us with a plethora of information and advice on what to do and see in the area, where to eat, and also good running routes. Hugo remained incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything relaxing for us. We got a 2 bedroom house, number 28, and feel like we got one of the best houses in the location. It was towards the end of the development, so was very quiet, we had a large garden too, which allowed us to place the sun loungers to the side of the pool when the sun was making its way around during the day. We also had a great view of the sunset during the evening too, which was very enjoyable from the bedroom balcony. The private pool really capped off the stay for us. Not having to worry about getting a sun lounger, like you would in a hotel, was ideal. While the pool isn't heated, it only takes about 5 seconds to get used to it once you jump in. We were there for the last 2 weeks in September and the pool was still fine at that time of year. The house itself was much larger than I expected. A full kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, for anyone who wanted to cook for themselves. The living and dining room was very bright and spacious with a great TV. The sofa isn't the most comfortable piece of furniture in the world but there was only 2 of us so it was more than adequate. The bedroom were massive, we only use the spare room to store our suitcases but it was plenty big to be used by another couple or a couple of kids. The main bedroom was great, it had a massive balcony with sunbeds/chairs and was ensuite with loads of wardrobe space and a safe. The bed was huge, I think my wife and I slept in separate postcodes while lying on it. The entire development is very quiet and people are friendly.

Set in Vale do Lobo in the Algarve Region, 18 km from Albufeira, the beachfront Dunas Douradas Beach Club features an 3 outdoor pools, one of them for children, as well as an indoor pool, a sauna and... The ambiance, walking distance to the beach. The layout of the villa was great with all the details thought about.

Located just north of Carvoeiro, Quinta dos Oliveiras offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony or patio overlooking the pool, garden and lake. Everything about this place is exceptional. It was like having our own private villa with a beautiful garden, palm trees, orange trees, a swimming pool, all located in the countryside. You need a car to get there - it is off on its own in a rural area, but a nice respite from the busyness of Carvoeiro. We walked into a nearby town (Lagoa) for dinner - about 25 minutes walk each way. Very clean and peaceful. Highly recommended.
