I spent a week with my wife and infant child in Sun Island and we enjoyed every minute of it. Staff were welcoming and helpful, reactive to any of our inquiries, they were even offering to take care of our 4 months old baby so we can eat at ease. Food was amazing all throughout the week, the buffet had everything from vegan options to meat and seafood. Room service was outstanding as they were cleaning our villa multiple times a day, at least three. Absolutely nothing we required was not met, the place is a piece of paradise, naturally beautiful and made even more so with the attitude and cheerfulness of the staff. Absolutely love it.

We travelled to many places but Nova is the best hospitality we got. if Nova pictures are great then reality is 10x better coming from dubai and comparing the service in dubai ( dubai hospitality is very high standard)service in Nova is one step ahead the best you feel at home and welcomed and connection with everyone working there. all the staff are extra friendly and professional. Chilli from restaurant team was very welcoming and made sure we enjoy Shout out to Aly and everyone working in cooking they made sure we are happy and ensured anything is done even not in menu. we spent 3 days there and we Didnt have any one tiny issue everything was perfect beach villas are equally nice as the ocean villas. ( we stayed in ocean villa) each and everyone working in nova adds a bit to the experience without you guys our holiday wouldn’t have been the same. love to everyone and love to Nova. till we meet again

Menawarkan restoran, tempat penginapan ini juga mempunyai kolam renang luaran dan pusat kecergasan. my holiday was amazing. From the moment I went out of the airport and met the resort’s representative till the moment I was dropped at the airport for my return flight everything was perfectly organized. i didn’t have to think or worry about anything, just relaxed and enjoyed my week in paradise. The staff was amazing, all of them very attentive friendly and polite. special thanks to my island host who assisted me in every way. the food was delicious and varied. the desserts just fantastic, my daughter and I couldn’t stop eating them. I stayed in a beach villa and in water villa, both were great. it was the most beautiful beach i had ever been to and the best service i had ever experienced at a hotel. spa was also great, though expensive. in general the atmosphere on the island was very calm and relaxing. the place is not for the one who likes crowded and loud places. but for me it was perfect. hope to be back someday.

The app makes coordinating everything easy, and shows all of the options across the resort which made it very easy to track bookings and decide what to do. There are additional excursions, spa treatments and dinner options that are payable as an extra charge to the all inclusive
