EVERYTHING! The staff is impeccably trained in hospitality-- anything you need, they swiftly take care of it (from the bellhops to the front desk to the pool and serving staff). Not only that, but they are friendly and kind to the guests anytime your paths may cross. The room is beyond comfortable-- the beds, the shower, the balcony! The rooms are big, modern, elegant and fitted with everything you'd need (toiletries, a safe, an iron, a desk, comfy chairs, a TV). Every morning my husband and I would make tea and coffee from the mini bar and drink it on our balcony, overlooking the pool and ocean. And the pool-- I adored the pool-- there is poolside service of food and drinks. We actually spent a fair amount of time in the lounge and ate food from the mini cafe there, because we often went to see the live band in the evenings. 5-star service without a doubt-- I would LOVE to stay here again. It made our Christmas wonderful. I also appreciated that there is a bus stop right downstairs, making it easy and convenient to get into Georgetown or over to Batu Ferringhi.

just a 2 minute walk , there is a stall selling halal malay breakfast food and surrounded by many restaurants
