the faro for adult only was amazing. lots of choices. great view. never over crowded, waitresses were exceptional (elisabeth) knew our order by heart by the third day. very nice. we went back every morning and lunch. our room was very spacious, always cleaned well. good dinner options. lots of activities on site. we went here for a wedding and it was beautiful. the bartender in heaven and the bar next to umo were beyond amazing. the girl who bardended at umo made delicious and beautiful drinks. eduardo in heaven was so friendsly and knew drinks by heart. shout out to everyone. amazing staff and good food and drinks. lots of wild moneys between 530-630 between buildings 1-2 in the back

The childrens' pool was exceptional. We stayed the evening as we were in Tulum, staying in Playacar. The beach was the best of our 15 day trip as we travelled to various areas.
