I am very impressed with all Ayana staff as they would ALWAYS put up a welcoming smile and very patience with all our requests. I was feeling very sick when I first check-in alone myself without my big group of colleagues. I was all so lost as Ayana was very huge. I informed frontdesk that I was feeling very unwell and requested them to bring me to the right lobby to retrieve my luggage and back to my room. It was my ever first hotel check-in experience in an foreign country without any family/friends with me. But their warm assistance made me felt at ease without any issue. After 2 nights stay, I was checking out the hotel and the front desk recognized me and asked if I am feeling better! I immediately felt so warm hearted as I was so sick that I could not recognize anyone that assisted me the other night when I was checking in the hotel. Will definitely be back to Rimba by Ayana again when I visit Bali ! Thank you Rimba by Ayana. :)

Everyone and everything! It was one of the best vacation ever! All the employees and staff were amazing. Beautiful spirit and soul of all of those Balinese people! Specially I will recommend all staff from the kids club! My kids enjoyed there spending time with them and having a lot of creative activities. Beautiful surroundings with shallow pool. Interior is amazing, energy is so calming. Food, pools, views. I recommend this and will be back for sure.

It’s a beautiful property right on a lovely white sand beach! The 1 bedroom pool villa is lovely! We’ve stayed here 3 different times and highly recommend this wonderful hotel! The staff are all genuinely kind and helpful. 10 out of 10

The property is pertty much brand new. It is stunning and the attention to detail is remarkable from the design of the resort, rooms, food and most notably the staff! Even though we had torrential rain for almost half of our stay, it was an experience second to none as we got to hang out at the resort for almost our entire stay experiencing all the dining options, the secret cave, spa facilities, beach, pool and the villa itself. The secret cave dinner was a special honeymoon dinner and the chef helped create a menu for my wife weeks before our arrival. There was a slight mess up in the booking for the spa for one of us and they rectified this by giving us complimentary couples massage as an additional honeymoon gift. The entire Raffles team was fantastic and our butler Wintara was exceptional throughout the stay and we loved the gestures every night before bed with laying out ginger tea and different deserts for us, and a big thank you for the wine from the raffles reserve as a gift!

Bali Mynah Villas Resort is an oasis of peace in a strategic location to explore both Jimbaran area and Uluwatu best beaches (renting a scooter is mandatory). We really enjoyed our stay and Simona gave us many useful tips to enjoy and explore the surrounding area. Highly recommended!
