In general, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the people and the beauty of the facility. I also was very pleased with the spa facility and services. Very clean!! I loved the staff!! They were the best. Mohammad Ibrahim who is a waiter was always there for us. Breakfast Lunch and the dinners he was always friendly. Also Reception area was great and the Guest Service Lady was the best. Best stay at any hotel I ever had. Also had the Cleopatra Spa. Omg it was so relaxing and the staff again was top!

It is a place you only want to go with kids. It is made for families and kids are all over the place. But if you are with kids it is just great, especially for the price. The pool, rooms, territory, great breakfast, e.t.c. As collateral you get a lot of noise, kids running all over the place, ;) It IS remote location from the main street - but close to the coral beach - aquarium and parking is free for guests. So.... But anyway I had already recommended this place to some friends with families. Special thanks to staff - they extended our stay as we missed the pool on the first day and needed some more time.
