What stood out most was their professionalism when we encountered an issue during our stay. They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The furniture is brand new and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant on the first floor. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and every meal we had was an absolute delight. The flavors were simply outstanding, and we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to each dining experience. The service at the restaurant was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made dining there a pleasure. In addition to the restaurant, the overall ambiance of the hotel was remarkable. It exuded a sense of sophistication, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the decor to the immaculate cleanliness, was evident in every corner. In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel. I was probably staying in the largest room which they had and I was shocked with the size. It was literally an entire apartment for myself - huge living room, bedroom, kitchen with all the facilities, a massive bathroom with jacuzzi and my own sauna! As I booked this room just to stay overnight and not to wait at the train station, unfortunately I couldn’t use all the facilities during such a short stay. The room was clean and dark, the bed was comfy, all the facilities were new. The place has lots of storage and I think it can easily be used by two couples.
