Actually one of our favorite parts about staying here was dinner and conversations with Dennis and another guest there at the same time - it felt like we were staying with friends:)

This was the nicest place we could find near Chake Chake town. It was peaceful. The room was basic but comfortable and had what we needed. And the view from the front porch was beautiful. The food was really excellent! They served beer, too. The staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful and kind.

The Aiyana Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Verani and features a restaurant. The resort has a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. We loved the secluded and stunning location, the incredibly warm and caring staff, the beautifully designed resort and all that it has given and continues to give back to the local village community. It's an example for all.

The room we had was spacious and clean and had a beautiful big balcony with sea view! The staff was always friendly and doing everything to make us feel welcome and at ease. Definitely recommendable, especially if you like quite places (because there is not much around).

Located near the village of Makangale in North Pemba, Gecko Nature Lodge Home of Swahili Divers the BEST dive center and Famous Gecko Restaurant features a dive centre. A home away from home. The place is very remote and quiet. For nature lovers, it is a real paradise. Coconut crabs right on the property and many bush babies around at night. Food is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We went there to do our scuba certification and Mike the owner is the best teacher you can have. We stayed a week but wish we could have stayed longer.

Emerald Bay Resort is located in Chokocho village in the south of Pemba. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this Arabic-styled resort faces a characteristic natural port. Service and Staff were extremely lovely and helpful! We actually had one of the best experiences in Zanzibar (Pemba).
