Set in Holčíkovce and with Dukla Battlefield reachable within 39 km, Hotel Zátoka offers a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The breakfast and other meals were great. The restaurant is on the first floor and serves tasty buffet breakfast with variety of options including pancakes, french toasts, coffee, tea and juices. The bar is outside in front of the hotel and serves amazing cold Slovak beers and drinks, perfect for hot summers. The food is also very good, from burger and hranolky (nice version of fries), to curry or fish. The rooms are very high quality, there is basic air-conditioning, 2 beds or king-size bed and sofa, fridge, electric kettle, TV and other commodities. The bathroom was perfect. The shower had great pressure and everything was so clean. The hotel has a great decor and atmosphere, everything is a great hybrid of wooden rustic elements with some boho touches. There are a ton of books to read and many attractions to do. From paddleboarding, various swings, talking with friendly locals, swimming in the lake, sailing and sightseeing the amazing Slovak castles that are close-by. The Veľká Domaša lake is beautiful, very clean and picturesque. This was our third short visit to Slovakia in a span of a year, and we have to say that the quality of accommodation, amazing places like lakes, mountains and castles and friendliness of people are superior in Slovakia than it is in many places in our country of Poland. You do not feel overwhelmed with tourists, garbage and commercialism like McDonald's and tons of pricey shops here. So far for us, the northern and eastern Slovakia proved to be authentic, beautiful and very easy to travel from southern Poland. And most of all, it is full of lovely people, such as the crew at the Zatoka hotel! ďakujem!

This is one of the best places I've ever been. I liked everything: clear comfortable rooms, perfect location, nature, and great hospitality. Situated in Domaša Dobrá, 46 km from Košice, Hotel Zelená Lagúna features a children's playground and sun terrace. Amazing location and view (for a little premium), welcome drink, great dinner options, free pool and almost free parking. Perfect runaway hideout for the weekend especially that late check out on Sunday for reasonable fee eliminates the need for morning rush at regular check out time adding a lot to the "weekend mode". Feels as a well thought and very customer friendly approach. Despite the small size of the open buffet you had basically every selection you can imagine from fresh fruits through sausages to "bird food" :D Who doesn't find something to eat deserves to starve. Also a restaurant (which is really needed as the area is let's put this way: not too rich in dining options).

The property is located in a beautiful place by the lake. It’s very peaceful here and ideal to come for weekend or holidays. The property itself is very well designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

What a big heart! I always were curious to visit Slovakia and spend some time exploring its nature and culture. To my great regret, Russian invasion in Ukraine forced us to visit this beautiful country. Me and my grandma had to leave our home and find a safe place to stay after exhausting 30 hours of evacuation. We were very lucky to find this accommodation given for free and meet the owners. They have very big hearts! There’s no other words to put it. The cottage is located right by the beautiful lake Domaša. We took advantage of the location and had a good rest, enjoyed beautiful mountain views, birdsong and walks. But more importantly we finally felt safe. The house itself is very modern and spacious. Very comfortable large bed and sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for convenient cooking. I also want to admit the high level of cleanliness. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Domaša lake. We felt very welcomed at this place and country. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. I am sure we come back soon as tourists!

Apartmány DOMA Domaša is offering accommodation in Holčíkovce. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. Perfect communication and great, fully equipped space for relax. We used this apartment with our little sailors during regatta on Domaša. We will come surely again.
