Do not miss it. It is beautifully done. Room was clean and cosy with view towards a quite road and another pretty house. Good food and wine. It is served in the restaurant on the ground floor which bears aura of old times. The views around the house are great. Several trails to walk. Great place to stay if you are visiting Postojna cave, just 30 minutes away. And 15 minutes from Predjama Castle.

The host is a generous man who happily provides everything the house has to offer, and the house has a lot to offer: organic vegetables from the home garden, real peace, impressive nature and a sky full of stars. To our delight, we received from the owner a large jar of honey, made by himself, which was produced from the flowers in the areas surrounding the house. The drive to the house requires driving on winding roads in the forest, and arriving at night can be a bit challenging.

We did a bit of cooking and had access to every kitchen tool we could want. My wife and I were very comfortable and will certainly be staying there again!
