Finally the host was available and helpful throughout our stay. We could walk to dinner in Owaka, which was an added bonus.

Great shower with plenty of pressure. Completely stocked kitchen. I know it is a cliche, but our best stay in 3 trips to New Zealand!

Watch the waves roll onto the beach from your garden at this Kaka Point guest house. Free WiFi is also provided to show others the wonderful sea views from your accommodation. Jenny was extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was lovely, very clean, had very comfortable bed and had a spectacular view. There was a short walk to town and the beach. Jennie provided exceptional recommendations to optimize our time and experience.

Seascape Accommodation has 3 modern apartments, all fitted with quality furnishings, free WiFi, a Smart TV and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse. Everything from the location to the quality of the stay, it was by far the best accommodation Ive experienced for a short holiday trip. The fantastic view of the ocean from the large, window entrance brought up the melancholic mood everytime we gazed at it. Laura provided us with the utmost service during our stay with quick responses and understanding of what we requested. The bedding, kitchen equipment and the bathroom was very very clean. I would definitely book again next and recommend 100%

Offering a barbecue and a sun terrace, Molyneux House is situated in the coastal village of Kaka Point, the gateway to the Catlins Forest Park. The view is fantastic. The ocean is just out the sliding door and across the road. The road is not heavily traveled, so there is no excessive noise. The bed was probably the best one we have had since coming to New Zealand. I also appreciate that the host told us about several things to do in the local area and set us up for a lot of good excursions.
