Surrounded by the Arctic wilderness, Snowhotel Kirkenes stands as a testament to innovation and adventure, offering an unforgettable experience year-round. The breakfast was amazing. Dinner was really nice, intimate and attentive. We felt like we were the only guests at the hotel. :) The whole experience was a lot of fun, from the Crab Safari (I had NO idea crab could taste so good!) to meeting the Huskies. The cabin was comfortable. I'd love to do this in the winter!!

The hotel was located in a stunningly beautiful area, surrounded by lush forests and snow-capped mountains, and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional local food served in their restaurant. The meals were prepared using the freshest local ingredients, with many of the vegetables and herbs grown on-site. The menu featured a variety of traditional Norwegian dishes with a modern twist, and each course was a work of art on the plate. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, with great recommendations for local activities and excursions in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tromso, especially those looking for a peaceful countryside getaway with exceptional local food. It was truly a magical experience, and I can't wait to return.
