If you want peace and quiet and a lovely view of the Altafjord - then this small family hotel is perfect for you! Super cozy hotel near the city center. It is decorated exquisitely. The bed was really comfy and the views from the room amazing. Breakfast was very sorted, fruits, cereals, bread, juices, delicious coffee... And the woman in charge of the hotel is very nice.

Lars was amazing, he couldnt do enough for us. He gave us tips on where to go and what to do. The room and food were amazing. Lars checked the weather so we could see the northern lights. Waking up in the morning, it is time to get into the sauna to get your body temperature up followed by a shower and a hot breakfast. The staff were excellent in ensuring that we did not miss our shuttle service to the Hurtigruten ship.

We had the chance to view all the suites and they were all incredible. If you can splurge on the suite…do it! The art in the hotel is just incredibly creative and beautiful.
