Hotel 1904 is a boutique hotel situated in the centre of Ålesund. Built in 1904, the Art Noveau-style hotel has been welcoming guests for over 100 years as Ålesund’s oldest hotel. Everything. Our stay here was great, thanks to the kindness of the staff and the beauty of the hotel. Our flight was cancelled, and I contacted the hotel to let them know and they were very flexible and modified my booking. They also responded really fast and were very kind. The breakfast is included in the reservation and it is very delicious and there are a lot of choices.

The room was great - with scenic view from the six floor. The room was clean and had all typical arrangement and equipment. The breakfast has very wide range of choise in food. Location was good too-everything in reach of a hand.

Very nice room (we had the view to the fjord). Very nice, kind and polite staff, being very young. In other location we had bad experience with young staff (students), but here not, on the contrary.
