Would definitely stay there again. The check-in was very smooth. The rooms are comfortable, very good duvets. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, shared bathrooms are nice and well planned. In general, if you like peace and quiet, I recommend staying a few days. It's a perfect place to take a break from intensive travelling. The views around are amazing and there are beautiful forests nearby (there are berries, if you arrive at the right time). However, make sure to have enough food with you as otherwise you will have to drive to the nearest town. Neither of the roads leading to Finnvikhaugen Rooms are perfect, but the worst parts have now been fixed.

Johan the host was very welcoming, the peaceful cabin was suitable for a couple and nicely decorated, the forest behind the cabin was perfect for half day trips, and the wonderful mountains of Malangen for ski touring a short drive away. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the quality coffee prepared with the capsule machine. On sunny days we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Would recommend this place for everyone!

Malangen Resort offers rooms with fjord views and self-catering cottages and apartments with a seating area and a bathroom with shower. The Location is amazing, we were waking up at 2:00 and we saw the auroras from the hotel during 2 Hours, no need to pay for a tour. We were so lucky and we saw the Auroras each night.
