We have never experienced such warmth in one place. It's not just the spacious kitchen with all the items you might need. Neither are their bathrooms new and super clean. What we liked the most is the MAGIC that happens there. Don't bother looking for her all over Lapland. We want to confirm that Johan's house is the real house of Santa Claus. This kind carpenter has built it with his own hands. He won't admit it, but you can see his sleigh on the roof. Northern lights in front of the most wonderful mountains, having a hot chocolate offered by the host with the most delicious Christmas cookies. As if this were not enough, I suffered a mishap with my leg and suddenly Johan appeared with some saving crutches. When things are done with the heart, you can notice it. That is why we assure you that it is much more than just accommodation. We loved it so much that we came back again to enjoy it for a few more days, and we can only recommend it with all our strength.

Johan the host was very welcoming, the peaceful cabin was suitable for a couple and nicely decorated, the forest behind the cabin was perfect for half day trips, and the wonderful mountains of Malangen for ski touring a short drive away. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the quality coffee prepared with the capsule machine. On sunny days we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Would recommend this place for everyone!

Malangen Resort offers rooms with fjord views and self-catering cottages and apartments with a seating area and a bathroom with shower. The Location is amazing, we were waking up at 2:00 and we saw the auroras from the hotel during 2 Hours, no need to pay for a tour. We were so lucky and we saw the Auroras each night.
