This hotel is in Øystese Village, on the shore of the Hardangerfjord. It offers a restaurant and for additional cost pool and sauna access. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and some feature a balcony. Beautifully renovated, the current photographs really don’t show how nice the hotel is!

The restaurant was very good and the staff were very helpful. It was a beautiful place to stay. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the fjord. The view, the quirkiness, the fact our kids could slide on the site was a highlight! We used our drone from a higher point, 15 min walk from the cottage to film the kids and the view was absolutely amazing! The fjord was stunning! We found food at the local supermarket only a few minutes away by foot. The service station makes nice coffee which I grabbed early morning and off i went for a walk, full snow and freezing temp but it was a delight!

Centrally situated in Rosendal by the Hardanger Fjord, this waterfront hotel offers a restaurant, bar and terrace with panoramic views. The location is amazing. The staff was super. Truly recommend a trip to iris the restaurant as well.

Staff very friendly and co-operative, and while I appreciate that we chose to be in the older part of the building, there could have been an offer to carry bags for older visitors.

Oda the GM of the facilities was outstanding. I had a flat tire on my way to the hotel....she offered to come pick me up. That is above and beyond great customer service. Food was made fresh and to our orders Location was fabulous...highly recommend. Right on Hardasherfjord. Room had a patio door that overlooked the fjord. Amazing views!!! I would definitely recommend....and will plan on returning
