This hotel is located by Lake Sandvevatnet in the village of Odda, close to the Hardangervidda National Park and Folgefonna Glacier Park. The centre of Odda is 2.1 km away. The View at Breakfast and also from the Room was Spectacular. They gave us a room where we didn’t have to climb stairs and it was easily accessible. The staff was were very kind. There were friendly sheep around the building. Always ask for a Table Fan which will be given to you on request, as u will need 1 for slight air circulation in the room….coz u will need to shut the windows coz of the water noise and mosquitoes sometimes.…or else u might feel stuffy or sweaty in the middle of the night…..this is a tip to be used in the whole of Norway.

With fjord, lake, waterfall and glacier views, Vikinghaug has fully equipped accommodation with free WiFi situated in Odda. Guests can enjoy the view of Sandvevatnet and surrounding mountains. the place and the view - amazing!
