Wich is you can enter from hotel right next to the 7/11 Everything was extremely clean and well maintained only one downside was bit far from central but if you have Grab app or your own transport you should be fine, because I didn't have both of that mafe it bit difficult for me If I vist Malaysia will definitely stay here again

I travel to Petaling Jaya annually and I always stay at the Crystal Crown PJ. It is right next door to the customer, is centrally located to everything I need, rooms are always clean and breakfast and restaurants are excellent.
Near to the airport, staffs were friendly. My flight was early in the morning so I didn’t have time to have a breakfast. but the hotel provide pre pack meal to take away. such a good initiative!
the reception person Ms Wani was really nice, we get free upgrade to Deluxe King-garden view for 2nd night stay, room was clean, and bigger compared to Studio King, so can stay direct for 2nights as we book Deluxe king for 1st night stay. Breakfast not so much variety, but can repeat, the food taste was good. Overall, we really satisfied with our stay.
